Lawrence, Gareth and Stephanie have been AMAZING. I cannot say enough good things. Amanda's flight was canceled unexpectedly from the US and she missed a day and night of her trip - Lawrence handled everything beautifully and so kindly- and was absolutely there with me every step. Gareth jumped in to help smooth over a bobble with Eurostar seating on teh return to London. Stephanie worked with me to plan the trip to begin with. They are all so friendly, kind, warm, professional and also patient as Amanda was my third ever client!

The clients came straight in to commend Osprey for their stay in Vienna, everything was seamless, they were especially happy with the seats they got for the Spannish Riding School, front row, definitely worth the top price. Would definitely use Osprey again

We're enjoying our holiday in Seville. Our hotel is excellent, room lovely and very comfortable, food delicious. Yesterday we went on our first tour Alcázar and Cathedral. We were texted by the company exactly who our tour guide was and where at a monument he would be waiting for us, it was an excellent tour. Ferran is very Knowledgeable and friendly and we can certainly recommend it and the hotel which is in an excellent location.
