I have given Osprey quite a few city break bookings over the years and always had a great experience. Helpful knowledgeable staff, useful tips, access to some of the lesser thought of city break destinations.

Lawrence, Gareth and Stephanie have been AMAZING. I cannot say enough good things. Amanda's flight was canceled unexpectedly from the US and she missed a day and night of her trip - Lawrence handled everything beautifully and so kindly- and was absolutely there with me every step. Gareth jumped in to help smooth over a bobble with Eurostar seating on teh return to London. Stephanie worked with me to plan the trip to begin with. They are all so friendly, kind, warm, professional and also patient as Amanda was my third ever client!
