Interesting facts

The French Riviera is home to unique towns like Menton, which is famous for its lemons and even hosts the annual Fête du Citron with giant sculptures made from citrus fruit. Farther west, Saint-Tropez was once a quiet fishing village before becoming an international hotspot for celebrities and luxury yachts in the 1950s. Its fame grew after the film And God Created Woman, starring Brigitte Bardot, was filmed there.
