EPIC Ireland, CHQ Buildings, Dublin

We took nine lucky travel agents on a day trip to Dublin on Thursday 19 May with Julie our Agency Representative, Sarah our Marketing Manager and Nathalie, Product Manager.

Everyone was up bright and early to travel from Edinburgh or London with Ryanair and after a strong coffee or two we were on our way.

After our seamless flights, our first point of call was to the newly opened EPIC Ireland attraction where we were taken on an interactive journey centred on Irish Immigration through the ages. A fantastic visual experience that we all got very hands on with!

We were then treated to a well-deserved lunch at the beautiful Sophie’s Restaurant, with stunning rooftop views across the whole of Dublin. Then it was time for a cocktail in a nearby bar called Camden Exchange before our mini-bus took us back to the airport via a stunning coastal route – and it was home time.

Doing it all in one day was definitely an experience and it gives me the chance to speak about it with my clients as it was my first time to Ireland. Also was my first time pulling a pint!”
